Terms and Conditions

Modifications to the general Terms and Conditions can be made at any time by Centro Arredo, provided that written notice is sent to customers through the relevant business channels.

Methods of payment

Centro Arredo accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Bank transfer paid in advance
  • Cash on delivery

Bank transfer payment
In the case of payment through bank transfer, goods will be delivered only after crediting of the amount due in the account of Centro Arredo, that will communicate the relevant bank data from time to time.
Bank transfers must be done within 8 days after order placement, or it will be cancelled

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery has an additional cost that may vary according to the order amount and will be communicated before shipment.

Exposed prices

All exposed prices displayed on the website, that constitute public offer of products, are VAT-exclusive (VAT amount in brackets); they are net of packing and forwarding charges that will be displayed before the finalization of the order .

Order confirmation

Costumers must confirm the order sending a signed copy of it via fax.

Product availability

Since goods are directly sent by the manufacturing company, delivery terms will be communicated from time to time.

Invoicing

Commercial invoice is issued upon shipment.

Warranty

All products proposed by Centro Arredo are covered by two-year Italian original warranty against defects in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/02.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse or misuse. In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/02, customers must contact the Customer Service for all warranty claims.
Warranty covers repair or replacement only, and does not include further expenses, such as transfer, meals or overnight stays .

Privacy

Personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will be used by Centro Arredo only prior to written authorization sent by the customer.

All that applies will be regulated in compliance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03.

Exercise of rights:
In order to exercise the rights listed in Art. 7 of the personal data protection code mentioned above, it is necessary to send a written request to Centro Arredo Sulmona di Carrozza Fiorella- Via Galileo Galilei 12, 67039 Sulmona (Aq)

Right of withdrawal

Centro Arredo allows unsatisfied customers the termination right pursuant to current regulations, without any penalty or written explanation due.
The deadline to exercise the said right is stated by relevant regulations.
Should the termination right be presented via fax or e-mail through our contact form, it must be confirmed through recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery at the above mentioned address within the next 48 hours.

Product delivery

Centro Arredo delivers products throughout Italy, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City and all countries belonging to the European Union.

Couriers

Couriers may vary according to the parcel weight, size and destination, and according to the agreements stipulated with the manufacturing company.

Purchaser’s obligations

The purchaser can’t include lying statements in the registration form that is necessary to execute the said contract and to activate further communications; personal data and e-mail addresses must be truthful.
The consumer and/or client authorizes Centro Arredo and commits themselves to provide, upon request, copy of valid identity papers.
Failure to comply with the paper’s request authorizes Centro Arredo to terminate the contract due to breach.
The client relieves Centro Arredo of any responsibility coming from the issue of tax records that are incorrect due to mistakes in the data provided by the Client, being the Client the sole responsible for the correct inclusion.
The client commits themselves, upon conclusion of the online purchase procedure, to print and retain these general terms and conditions, that they have already read and accepted as a compulsory step to purchase a product, and to print the characteristics of the purchased product.
The payment warranty mentioned above is very important and the customer’s non-payment will cause the termination of the contract without the need of any forensic eloquence, unless the right of Centro Arredo to sue for damages.

Contract’s termination and Express resolutive clause

Centro Arredo can terminate the contract provided that written communication accompanied by proper explanation is sent to the customer and/or client; they can only exercise the right to ask for the refund of the paid amount
